You like to help customers and make sure orders are processed correctly. You work in a structured way and keep things organized. In our Paris team, you bring motivation, team spirit, and a hands-on attitude.

Your tasks in a nutshell

  • Support order management activities for BACHMANN France (France and Luxembourg)
  • First contact for customers and partners
  • Follow the order process – from entry to delivery
  • Update customer data in Microsoft Dynamics and CRM
  • Ensure smooth communication and excellent service
  • Communicate in English with support services and colleagues from other subsidiaries

What we expect

  • Studies in order management/ sales administration, or similar training (minimum BTS)
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in order processing or back-office 
  • Customer focus and good communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a team
  • Work independently, in Paris office and sometimes from home
  • Good MS Office skills; CRM experience is a plus
  • Fluent in French and intermediate English (B1 or better)
  • You live in the Paris area
