Building long-term relationships with customers, winning new business, and driving revenue growth – that’s where you come in! As a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d), you have a strong sense for identifying potential, turning leads into loyal customers, and closing deals in your region. You know how to make it happen!

Customer centricity is more than a slogan for you – it’s your daily approach. You understand customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and actively gather feedback to position BACHMANN as a trusted partner in key market segments.

Your tasks in a nutshell

  • Drive sales growth and expand BACHMANN’s presence in your region: Ile-de-France, Hauts-de-France & Centre
  • Win new customers and strengthen partnerships through visits, trade fairs, and follow-ups
  • Deliver product trainings in your region and showcase solutions in our Paris showroom
  • Manage distributor networks and boost regional performance
  • Ensure strong branding and positioning of BACHMANN
  • Analyze your activities, maintain accurate CRM data, and prepare clear sales reports
  • Represent BACHMANN as a trusted partner for innovative solutions

What we expect

  • Background in electrical or commercial fields with a basic understanding of the electrical sector (or similar)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, including quotations and project sales
  • Strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and persistence in a results-driven sales approach
  • Independent, well-organized, and proactive with a methodical way of working
  • Dynamic, motivated, and open-minded personality
  • Fluent in French and confident in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with CRM data management and reporting
  • Willingness to travel within your region and work from a home-office base
