You find it easy to build relationships and support your customers from the first contact to the invoice. You are a self-starter with a knack for organization: On the day-to-day basis, you ensure that our back office runs smoothly. As part of our inside sales team in Barcelona, you should join with a good portion of joy, drive and hands-on mentality.  

Your tasks in a nutshell

  • Managing the internal sales activities of BACHMANN Spain
  • First point of contact for our new and existing customers, preparing quotations, processing orders and claims
  • Representing BACHMANN to clients, checking constantly stock levels to ensure deadlines are met and sending out client samples
  • Ensuring the update and maintenance of customer master data, both in Microsoft Dynamics as well as in our CRM system
  • Supporting accounting tasks, such as preparation of financial statements, bookkeeping, dunning procedure and credit assessment of customers
  • Assisting the managing director in back office tasks, such as budget reports, travel management and other day-to-day activities

What we expect

  • Experience in Inside Sales and a business-related degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and confidence in challenging conversations
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
  • Based in the Barcelona region and willing to work from our Sant Cugat office
