Your tasks in a nutshell

  • Manage order management activities for BACHMANN France, covering France and Luxembourg
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and partners
  • Oversee the full order process – from entry to delivery tracking
  • Prepare quotations and handle claims quickly and accurately
  • Keep customer data up to date in Microsoft Dynamics and CRM
  • Ensure smooth communication and excellent service
  • Inspire customers to explore BACHMANN solutions in our Paris showroom

What we expect

  • Successful completion of business studies or equivalent training
  • First professional experience in order processing or a similar back-office role
  • Customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to integrate into a global team
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and detail-oriented manner, both in our Paris office and from home
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
  • You are located in the Paris area
