As a Sales Manager for North Finland (m/f/d) you have a great feeling for identifying real potential, developing leads into customers and closing your deals. You know the game! 

Customer centricity is not only a slogan for you, it is your approach to your day-to-day activities. You know the customer’s needs, fulfil them with our solutions and actively gather feedback to position BACHMANN as a serious provider and supplier in segments.  

Your tasks in a nutshell

  • You are responsible for a continuous sales growth within your sales region (Province of Lappi (Rovaniemi, Kemi, Tornio), Pohjois-Pohjanmaa (Oulu, Kokkola, Kuusamo) and Kainuu (Kajaani))
  • You present and sell our products via customer visits, exhibitions and phone follow-ups 
  • You organize product trainings for your customers in the sales area 
  • You contribute to the correct branding and positioning of BACHMANN 
  • You manage the distributor network in your sales area

What we expect

It is important to us that you have professional experience with a proven track record of effective B-to-B sales and account management. You gained already experience in project sales and quotations. An electrical or commercial background and a basic understanding of the electrical sector or a similar sector were the way for you to gather these experiences. A plus would be, if you are already familiar with the furniture and/or kitchen industry and you had experience working with designers, architects or planners.

You shine with your customer-oriented attitude and great communication skills in Finnish and English (fluency required, both in oral and written). You enjoy engaging with customers, business partners and colleagues within the global Bachmann community. You are experienced in working independently and with your proactive thinking and organizational skills, you are always one step ahead. 

Working from home as well as being on the road will be part of your job. You are located in/nearby the mentioned sales region and flexible on traveling country-wide.
