Your tasks...

  • You generate revenue by meeting clients, understanding their requirements and proposing solutions that we offer
  • You manage the entire sales cycle actively, from lead generation and lead management to closing and explore all sales opportunities
  • You effectively meet (and exceed) sales targets as set and share best practice and ideas across the company
  • You work closely with the Sales and Marketing Executive team, so that all clients receive a professional service
  • You build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline and ensure that all pipeline activity is documented in the CRM system
  • You research prospects’ products, competition and marketing and keep up to date with industry developments
  • You represent Bachmann always in a professional and knowledgeable manner

Your skills ...

  • Experience in the office furniture industry or similar industries and experience with office furniture traders
  • Excellent communication skills in order to deal with customers day to day and their complaints
  • Excellent product awareness and product presentation skills in order to present technical products in our showroom
  • Managing expectations and delivering to time scales
  • Passion to inspire, create and develop
